Rude woman behind the till. Too bad to speak to you properly. She literally sighed when she had to walk with you. Was angry because I didn't see the prices. Never come there again! 😡

Total Artist uses shipping company Packs because it is so nice and cheap (mind you, I do pay the full cost of shipping) and Packs uses A7 Logistics again in the north. I waited for my package from 8am to 5:18 pm yesterday. At 5:18 pm I saw a boy looking at the end of the street but he also drove away again. I am promptly informed that I am not at home. Called A7, she doesn't care much, new opportunities tomorrow. So called Total Artist today and indicated I'm not happy with their carrier. The owner immediately became very arrogant on the phone, said he had better things to do and even threw the phone on it. I find that outrageous. If you have a company and a customer has a complaint, you should listen to it decently and not mumble arrogantly from the start of the conversation. I have been ordering from Total Artist for a long time, but this was the last time. There are plenty of artists' supplies companies in the Netherlands that are friendly and professional. The owner of Total Artist is allowed on a customer-friendliness course.

Wide range and even outside a wide choice of different types of soapstone. I do have the idea that they need a bigger building ..
