Era Makelaardij EXTRA Coljee

This way I want to warn everyone who, as a buyer / seller, makes the sale / purchase go through broker Coljee. A few weeks ago I bought a house where the seller hired this broker. I have very negative experiences with this broker. The viewings of my current home were organized by the broker's daughter. Together with her I had a viewing then. What struck me then was the text that was used in the advertisement. There was talk of a 'well-kept apartment', a neat modern kitchen and it said that the entire house was equipped with double glazing. During the visit I had already learned that the house was not equipped with double glazing at the rear, the house dirty (poorly maintained) and that the kitchen was not clean and modern. That the kitchen was not neat and modern and that the house was not 'well maintained' did not matter much to me. After all, I had plans to tackle the house myself. Over the glass, the broker (daughter of) indicated that the VVE would tackle this in the short term (within a year). The wooden frames would be replaced by plastic and double glazing would be installed. This was also told to my purchasing supervisor that I had hired and who had a viewing later in the day. A few days after the viewing, I called the office to ask about the text on the broker's website and on Funda. On both pages it was stated that the entire house was equipped with double glazing. The office employee then indicated that I did not have to worry and that double glazing would be arranged through the VVE. When I signed my provisional purchase contract and called the VVE to ask if the work at the rear (for the glass) could be combined with my own demolition and construction work in my home, the VVE was surprised. They indicated that this was (never) not the case and that the rear of the house is for their own account. When I confronted the broker with this, he indicated that his daughter never mentioned this and that my purchasing supervisor and I have heard this incorrectly. About the text on Funda and on his own website, the gentleman indicated that there was an 'administrative' error. Mr. indicates that he does not want to talk to me and indicates that if I no longer want to help the house he has 20 others. I feel cheated by this broker! Empathy and reliability are lacking with this broker.

We have bought and sold through this broker and very satisfied! Contact went fine and smoothly.
