Marijn helped us a lot with the search for our new home. Very nice to be able to switch quickly via Whatsapp, and to see the offer passing by. I think we were actually late for a viewing, but Marijn was still able to arrange that we could come by for a viewing. Also nice that Marijn gives his own honest opinion about the houses where we have visited. It was not purely for him to let us buy a new house asap. We worked well together and can certainly recommend Marijn

In the past year we have been looking for a home, but in the current housing market this has proved quite difficult. But Marijn helped us very well and pleasantly. Marijn is a nice, honest guy, easily accessible, takes the time to explain everything clearly and someone we really trust. We have not been idle in the search process ourselves because you also have to get to know each other well what exactly you are looking for. Tip for all bidders in this crazy time. Marijn helped us very well with the search for a house. We had already sat down with several brokers, but Marijn's personal approach appealed to us the most. He is very involved in the process from start to finish. He forwards the offer (even before it is on Funda), plans appointments, accompanies the viewing and then takes the time to discuss it extensively. He also gave us good advice in the bidding process. He is always available, even from the campsite 😊 We couldn't have bought our house without him! We would certainly recommend Marijn to everyone!

Marijn helped us very well in the search for a house in Utrecht. Cheerful and with a lot of knowledge, he was always there for us. We had intensive contact and nothing was too much for him.
