We have recently bought our dream house in (the crazy market of) Utrecht and could not be happier and more grateful to have had Thea and Jaimy guide us through the process. Thea is not just really good at her job, she is also an honest human being that will always make sure you know what you are buying and does her research. While we have experienced some disappointments from other service providers along the buying process, Thea was the absolute highlight of this journey and I can not recommend her enough.

Thea en Orhan hebben het huis van onze ouders in "no time" voor een fantastische prijs verkocht. Sympathiek bedrijf, doen méér dan ze beloven, alert, reageren direct op vragen. Zeer professioneel, met de sfeer van een familiebedrijf. Ook hun netwerk van contacten (styliste, tuinman, energie consultant) was nuttig en adequaat. Ik kan deze makelaar aan iedereen aanbevelen! Top!

When we started our search for a house in Utrecht, we started to visit various houses for orientation. After talking to two purchase brokers, we were not really enthusiastic. Only when we visited a house on Plankstraat did we get to know Thea, she was a selling real estate agent there. She takes her time and works with genuine enthusiasm. We were so impressed that we decided to ask her to help us as a buying agent, and successfully! In the end we really found our perfect house. Thea has helped us enormously by taking a critical look at the homes, thinking along with us, addressing local residents and using her network. Also praise for Jaimy who always managed to schedule favorable viewing appointments, while she had to take several agendas into account.
