Based on the first interaction via phone, I definetely would not recommend working with this agency. Person speaking on the phone was rude for a situation which could have been politely communicated and was showing signs of a "superior" attitude. Better to stay away.

If you have another option I strongly advise you to stay away from this real estate agency. The owner is not reliable at all and his knowledge about the house he is trying to sell is limited. He doesn't know the basic facts about the house such as the height of the ceiling, periodic payment (VVE). He has a very irritating way of talking as if he sees himself superior than you. He behaves you as if you should give an offer to the house. Actually I was going to give an offer to the house but after his behaviors, I decided not to give it. This is the worst real estate agency in the Nederlands I have ever seen.
