Great purchase and subsequent sale of my old house. Estate agent Eric Looijaard has supervised everything very well and he has very thorough knowledge of legal matters concerning apartment law / VVE.

Fast, professional, flexible, enthusiastic. We have approached Eric to perform a valuation on our upcoming home. It was almost urged. Eric was flexible and realistic and was able to fulfill all his promises: he was able to look at the house very quickly and had completed the report within 1 day, which meant that we could very quickly proceed with the purchase of the house. Contact was very pleasant; In addition to clear agreements and clear insight into the procedure, we also discussed the house and he gave us no-obligation tips about the approach and design to optimally renovate the house. Highly recommended!

Denise an incredibly nasty broker, who gets unjustly positive reviews. You make appointments, then suddenly you hear just in advance that it is an open viewing, in the hope of everyone working up to each other and the price for the last dimes to get up. She also has no idea what happens in the house, that there are doors thrown, dirty shoes are walked, people in the cabinets where valuables can lie. In the case of indirect inquiries, it also appears that they do not have the official NVM papers in house to be brokers, they must do so under the name of another party. To question the fact that just after my review a positive is suddenly posted, do not get in ... (no review on google for this)

An annoying real estate agent, you make an appointment for a viewing which without consultation is converted at the last moment into an open tour so that everyone is trying to get out of bed. If your time is precious, look at real estate agents who have understood it. My advice to everyone ignore this broker, as long as this kind of brokers walk around prices are only further increased and there is no one helped.

Story is quite what I read, if they offer a house for sale you can just as well sell your soul as far as the price is worked up, a nice 'new home' experience, they are destroyed by this way of selling.
