Appearances are deceiving. After initially arriving at a mutually accepted bid via the 'normal' process of praise / bidding, the purchase of a property in Meppen was canceled at the end of January 2019 by the selling party through this broker. No statement of reason). Blown off on Saturday afternoon at 5.45 pm after about 10 days that verbal agreement was reached. Agreements were made with the technical inspector and appraiser for Monday and Tuesday. Final damage item of> Eur. 1000. And all with the knowledge of this broker who did not hear from him again regarding an allowance in the costs of inspection / appraisal. No legal recourse possible. Standards standards violated. A blot on the profession of broker. A broker who has turned to the better bidding buyer that he has solved "tricky things" with prospective buyers in a very friendly, professional manner. NOT SO A broker with a double agenda. Reviews on Funda are only reserved for 'guests', as a result of which this review has been posted via this route. Reviews on Funda can therefore be taken with a grain of salt.
