Nice new sport center with many fighting styles

Very poor school. Almost no training tools. Their classes are in public places, dirty and uncomfortable for charging clothes and get shower. Nevertheless they will trick you to sign a membership, which is totally different from any other gym contract in NL, because you cannot oppose by law any resolution request. Once signed you have to pay the whole year, even if don't participate to lessons. They fraud people economically and ethically, they do teach how to be aggressive, without teaching the philosophy of Wing Chun. Their telephone and email support is rude and they do not care at all any motivation, if you want to end your membership. Be aware, very bad martial arts school and very ugly support.

This fight club is really all about money! You can expect more customer focus from a small-scale party. What distinguishes you as a company in this day and age and what people can appreciate is a committed approach. It's the little things. Here and there some human understanding, for example. Enlarge or revise the fine print. In my view, money should not be the absolute goal. Unfortunately, wingchun seems to be all about that. Do something to please your customers, some leniency here and there really doesn't hurt. Instead of throwing out intentional fines and / or making life contracts. Bah! I have deregistered myself and my children, I take the 500 euro cancellation costs for granted!

During the corona crisis, the contribution had to be paid, even if there were no lessons. Pay close attention to this. The contract you signed is for membership. So they can collect the money even if they do not provide training. Two stars, because the training was nice thanks to the enthusiastic members who are not paid for it.
