A while ago I went to the store several times and was so neatly helped by a young lady with glasses. Truly a customer-friendly company. While it was super busy, everyone remained patient.

Some thicker tall blonde woman is very customer unfriendly and when approached she pretends she knows nothing.

Very bad service. We wanted to send a package, wrote down all the information on paper beforehand and handed it over to the employee. Ms makes several mistakes, including the telephone number and address of receipt. The moment I point this out to her, she completely freaks out, takes the forms and says: 'you don't have to, send it somewhere else'. Truly, one of the most bizarre experiences ever. Very bad service and even less competent people working there. Please go elsewhere.

Every now and then they have surprisingly tasty cigars. The Macarena is highly recommended, excellent price / quality ratio.
