I came here after my printer became unaligned after a firmware upgrade a few weeks ago. Sent an email and I could come by with the printer. During the conversation it turned out that the costs could quickly increase (research / printhead) and that turned out to be outweighed by the purchase of a new one. Had an honest and open discussion about this and received advice about a printer and ink and the benefits of purchasing at this address. Very satisfied with how I was helped here :) I walked out the door with a new copy and a set of ink for a good price. And the old one could stay behind. Highly recommended this case, visit yourself!
