I took this class for the first time, Iris gives a nice and clear lesson, I think it is recommended.

Very fine Pilates classes Pruysen by Iris, she is very knowledgeable and each class is different. It never bored. I've also noticed difference in my attitude and I feel stronger! If in doubt, do a free trial lesson :)

Great pilates classes, groups not too big, nice light classroom. Iris teaches calmly and clearly and knows how to distribute her attention and give personal tips where necessary.
