We had a very positive experience from Stefan and his company (Hsiang), when we rented a house in 2016. The contract was clear, communication was smooth and responsive, and problems were taken care of as soon as possible. We lived happily in our rented house, with great neighbours. Stefan did a great job during our rental time, and we would be glad to recommend his agency to whoever is looking for a house.
I haven't been living long in my new place, but up to now the agency was very quick to resolve any issues I had.
Me and my wife rented a house through Hsiang in 2019, and we spent one year there. Everything went super smooth, and I don't really have any complaints. Contract was respected in all terms, and the landlord was fair in regards to the condition we left the house. I recommend.
