Support is very slow and does not respond quickly enough. I usually have to wait two days before I get an answer. Now they go on vacation for two weeks, i.e. I can now wait longer for my repair. I bought an Einstein Blitz a few weeks ago which now needs to be repaired because the socket has slipped from the plug. I asked if it can still be repaired under warranty, the question was not answered. When I asked why the answers always take so long, I was told that it was now night in the USA and that they would contact me if they had an answer for me. The whole procedure now takes a week. Yesterday they wrote me to fill out the repair form and send in the flash. I then wrote that I cannot download the form from the website, an error is displayed. Whether you can not send me the form by email. I didn't get an answer again. Probably they are going on vacation two days earlier, why should they still deal with me. I'm so pissed off, I could have sent in the lightning long before the vacation. Really incredible what they can afford here. In no case can one speak of service.
