Attempted to make an appointment for a viewing. Then came to an appointment that took 2 weeks because the broker did not have time. Then signed out because the owner could not. New appointment agreed and the day before viewing the location appears to have been sold without any notification to us and apparently the owner himself did not know because we had passed the house and spoke to the owner himself . Is this a selling game of the broker or is he known to the buyer? Because should a broker not inform the seller of interest? We had also heard from our old neighbors about such a 'sales technique' from this broker ..

It has been a while since Freek Fontein Makelaardij helped us with the purchase of our house in Voorburg. But I will not soon forget. Freek first helped us to choose the right house by assessing a few houses and advising us. And then with the purchase of our current home. Everything went very pleasant and professional. What particularly appealed to us is Freek's personal, human approach and the flexibility of the office; very pleasant in such an exciting process as buying a house!

No deposit back, even though we have delivered the house in a better condition than we received it (balcony full of mud and junk, mottled out carpet, rubbish and slept on bedding, clothes mattresses etc.). Landlord and broker point to each other, but since the deposit has been paid to the broker, the debt obligation naturally lies with him. Too bad if companies use tricks as a guarantee evasion because they value their reputation and customer satisfaction less than those few extra tips. Be warned so if you want to rent something here.
