With the help of VO2 Real Estate my girlfriend and I bought our first house! In this overwrought market it is very difficult to buy a house as a starter. Often several people bid for a house and there is a lot of outbidding by investors or people who have equity by selling their old house. As starters we were always 2-0 behind when bidding for a house. After having 'lost' a number of bids, we called in the help of VO2 Makelaardij -as a purchase broker. Very nice, spontaneous woman. A relief in real estate country. No smooth talk, no nonsense, clear and to the point. As a buyer / seller you already experience incredibly exciting times and it is certainly nice to be able to go to your broker 24/7 with all your questions, uncertainties and concerns. Not that I will move again so soon, but I would go back to work with Wilma :-)
