Efficient, friendly staff and committed to both parties. They keep your expectations and make true their promises. AXA sold my property in record time; They really have the right eye for a good match. I’ll definitely trust them again. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The worst. The seller weren't living in the apartment so they wanted to sell it ASAP and I wanted to buy it ASAP however AXA had other plans. From slow/no responses in the being, to silly mistakes they made in the contract, to last minute cancellation of the passing at the notary (1 day before the signing I got a notification that it had been requested by AXA to be cancelled!). Highly unprofessional. Even the notary was appalled by their behavior. Luckily my finance adviser made phone calls and provided evidence that it was not our fault. So the signing of the property was placed back on, however AXA was being AXA and requested a 1k fee (after attempting to charge a 10% then 3k). Do not recommend them at all, if you can avoid them, do so.

If I could give zero stars I would have. Viewed a house with Joey a few weeks ago. Then immediately placed an offer and emailed a few days later that I actually want to increase. For a week Joey was unreachable by landline, mobile and email. His colleague would also leave a note. Heard nothing more. Then I receive an email that the house has been sold. Speaking to Joey again, he was very busy and couldn't call back for the past few days. Property has now been sold, but perhaps not for the highest price .... Too bad for the customer, but the commission has been received. Finally asked Joey if he is affiliated somewhere to file a complaint, that is not Axa brokerage. So watch out with these cowboys on the market.

In 2012 the house bought through Axa Makelaardij went flawlessly. Bought a house again in 2020 and sold it in 3 months arranged by Joey and Rob I want to thank you for your good services Toppers!
