Wow! What a fantastic vet. Saskia was very thorough and professional and you could really see she really cares for animals. Best vet we ever had. Our dog is 7 now.

I was hesitant that one of my cats had accidentally, playfully, swallowed a small needle (as I happened to be tidying my fabrics and one of them fell onto the floor). Phoned up to the vet about half an hour to closing time and they gave me practical advice to check the carpet in case she hadn't swallowed the actual needle. Assistant told me to call her back in case I couldn't find it. Of course, I couldn't find it, phoned back a few minutes before closure and she told me to come down so they could take an MRI scan. The fact that they made the effort past closing time to help out my cat, to me, means excellent service. (After multiple scans took place no needle was found, thank god, and I could make my way home with a very relieved feeling and cat!)
