Only good for basic car cleaning. Do not take the window rain X as its actually not sprayed on your car window at all. I informed the lady the week after and she said, oh it doesn't work, I will let them check the system..... And that was it, no refund, discount or other sign that they like me as frequent visiting customer (2 x a month). So their customer care seems not as good as the Aalsmeer location. Oh on top of that, their points system had a glitch this year and I suddenly was demoted from Gold to Silver. Asked them by e-mail what went wrong and they said nothing, you might have been silver all along and not gold.......boy, it's that there are no other/better car wash locations near Hoofddorp.

My brand new car was damaged in a car wash caused by an employee. It's clearly visible in the video. They didn't want to admit guilt and they're not responding to complaints. I encourage all car enthusiasts to boycott this organization.
