A long-time customer of elektroworld ijsselmuiden, I was not aware that there is a new owner. I knew that too. Always a top service in the past, now a flop service, not worthy of the name ijsselmuiden. The ruling mentality is beneath contempt, I'll never buy anything here again.

Unfortunately, ijsselmuiden has new owner, was in the store for info fridge on 11 November, the woman who spoke to us was extremely blunt and a kind of rude to us, we ended up with that, we also understand that you can sometimes miscommunicate but don't get irritated as a salesman, very sorry, while we came for 30 years but now never again, with this mentality they will certainly not make it. This review is about the support we have received for our boiler. We suddenly ran out of hot water. After having received zero requests from several companies in the area (and not always received an equally neat response), Ijsselmuiden solved the problem with our boiler quickly and professionally. Because of the holiday period, some of them said they could help us, perhaps, in 3 weeks. Ijsselmuiden was able to help us the same day. The defective part was quickly traced and replaced. The part was even free of charge, because it was covered by warranty. We received clear information about the costs for the repair. Satisfied with the help we received!
