Review: Joke Already after 2 classes of yoga therapy on Saturday morning the pain in my back was much less, also the unrest in my mind, I experience myself as calmer and all that in such a short time "wonderful". I became aware of the fact that Elly's instructions almost always mislead me. It is nice to pay attention so that changes can occur, resulting in the space that I feel, already now, that I experience more and more in my day consciousness.
