over the years he seemed nice and competent but last year I had to call him 3 times to fix a tap: first it was leaking, then the water cold/hot was mixed, then it was loose and licking again. One of the radiator he adviced to change to have a warmer room never worked - I called him for this reason many times - and I am still waiting for a piece he was going to order to let the radiator work properly. I bought a 'CV ketel' from him in 2010 , he did installation and maintenance over the years but this year, after calling a different plummer - I had a bad surprise : the pieces in the CV ketel were rusty, the CV ketel was missing a safety tap, the stones were the flame is were cracked and the CV ketel was not installed according safety regulations and instructions....well I had to buy a new CV ketel. Very disappointed with him and his service as I trusted him for many many years.
