This broker makes it a habit to mark 50% of the homes on the website and in the shop window with a "too late!" Or "sold" sticker. What good is that to a home seeker? That is only an advertising stunt, but only irritating and useless for the consumer.

Look out at this broker! Very jovial at first, but he even distorts agreements on paper. Unfortunately we were only pointed out by others after we had experienced several nasty experiences ourselves. For example in calculating a VAT on the invoice, while we had agreed on a price, but as he knows of course a #vbomakelaar may never be done with a b2c transaction but he tries it anyway .... and there are several dubious practices or experiences. Absolutely not recommended! Be warned and be good at your qui vive!
