I bought a very expensive gaming desktop from this shop and the experience is absolutely awful. They didn't set up the water cooling properly, result is the machine is constantly over-heating. Customer support is almost non-existent, you can message them, whatsapp them, they just ignore you. Will never buy anything from here again.

Problem solved by changing the cooling unit and the power supply. Took quite a bit of time back and forth, but yeah, that's an improvement.
I had a great experience! There was an issue at first as i had not received a confirmation email and forgot to create an account but i was able to use their live chat and was reassured about my order! I ordered it on a Friday and received it in the mail the following Saturday, so it took 5 business days, which was quick! I had received the update of who was building my pc as well as the email about my order being shipped along with the tracking code, my computer came with all of the boxes of the items within the pc to show that they are indeed brand new! My pc works great and arrived safely and i couldn't be happier!
I have bought my workstation from Arctic Gaming and it's been 2 years now. It has been working exceptionally well and the support I receive is superb. For all the people with or without knowledge on computer building, this is the place to be!

Amazing online configuration tool. I've spent a lot of time trying out different combinations to find out what would fit best in nu nu budget. I wouldn't have been able to figure that out alone at all.
They have a great selection of high quality components. However, one of thetcomponents I had selected wasn't in stock and would take a long time to get delivered. This was quickly noted by customer support and I'm very happy with the resolution.
All in all great experience and I'm extremely satisfied with my mini-ITX build!
