A legal assistant was put on our complicated construction law case. We were not satisfied with this, as this issue can run into the tens of thousands of euros. When we contacted the firm about this, a lawyer said that this legal assistant could handle it just fine, and he watched. This lawyer specialization is not construction law. After a week, during which it was extremely difficult to make contact, the office had a three line (laughable) note ready. Shameful and totally uninformed in the case. Then to another office where a construction law attorney had an extensive 'to the point' letter ready within half a day, which was sent to the opposing party the same day and the dialogue could start.
Very good and expert assistance.
