The staff was very nice, but the administration was very unprofessional. We will probably never get the money back that we had to pay during the three months Covid closure. The original compensation of "free" sporting for three months, that was promised, has been thrown out the window the moment they got taken over by Basic-Fit. Furthermore, they announced the takeover by Basic-Fit on the day of takeover.
Probably the worst customer experience I've had so far. They promise compensation and refunds, but change their rules at their own whims and fancy. Received letters from the gym, only to realize a month later they will not honour their words, and will do anything to keep your money. I lost about 200 euros here.
If you like a business with no moral code, please join the gym. Otherwise you're better off somewhere else.
Great gym... has a friendly atmosphere. My journey to fitness began here; and I'm very satisfied with my membership.
I switched from another gym and am very happy about this one! The lesson instructors are excellent, the equipment choice is huge, the layout is great to let you practice without everyone staring at each other during the workout. It's clean, changing rooms and the sauna are functional as they should be, people are friendly.
UPDATE: I was contacted and refunded.
Below average gym, old equipment, unhelpful staff. Got coerced into signing for a 2 months package and lied to when asked about a free trial. The staff then refused to acknowledge their mistake and provide a refund. There are much better options out there in Delft, to be avoided.
