Gym is good with nice supportive staff. The machines are plenty but many of them are showing their age. There are words that new equipment will come this year (2018) but not yet there. Elliptical and cycling machines are often noisy and unbalanced. After initial days you know which to pick and it is a minor concern. What is most important is that I get help from the staff whenever I need and the gym is very accessible using public transport. Wish you all the best in your fitness journey if you are planning to join.

It's a decent fitness center. The people are nice and it's small. Being small can be a pro but also a con, because it will get crowded fast. There are two floors. On the first floor you have everything you need for gaining muscles. And on the second floor you have everything for cardio. There are group lessons on the second floor too. Mondays and Tuesdays are both very busy days. The other days are quieter. I have been told that it's the most quiet between half past five and half past six.

Cheap, easy access, and good place to train, the equipment is pretty wel maintained and new.
