Our dog is happy to walk in here. (I have been to a different vet, who was cheaper with his consultation and annual vaccinations, but if there was a problem with my dog ​​I could only go to another practice after a few days or could go to another practice somewhere in the back of Rotterdam). If I now have a problem with our dog, a phone call, you can often go the same day. No overcrowded waiting room (that you have to keep your dog in line for half an hour, while cats are blowing in trays at your dog) but at most another person in the waiting room. Very friendly and committed employees (both veterinarian and assistants). Our dog always feels comfortable here, even after unpleasant activities (vaccinations, operations). Yes, they are not the cheapest, but their good care, commitment, expertise etc. and a dog who is comfortable here is it more than worth it to me. I trust them completely with our dog's health.
