Walked in to ask a question. staff (females) flat out ignored me standing there. Horrible customer service

This morning at ING Vlissingen witnessed a strange situation; 2 counter staff, 1 older lady, and a blonde woman. behind it. The older woman clearly had trouble pinching; the blonde woman behind the older lady "helped". The Blonde woman spoke quite loudly "Do I have to help you with the pin madam? Will it succeed madam?" The desk staff did not respond at all; they preferred to chat with each other. The old lady was meanwhile "helped" by the blonde woman; I clearly saw that it put at least 50 euros in its own jacket. Even if she was a home care assistant who knew the older lady, it looked extremely dubious. In the past, ING Vlissingen employees were sharper / alert.

Jeez .. I just look at the opening times of this only location in Vlissingen (also searched through Google) ,; what appears: That it is only open from Tuesday to Friday! How worthless is that! ING is just as busy as the government (navy barracks) with Vlissingen: Simply let it suffocate ... You would expect more service from ING!

Look at the site is open on Saturdays until 14.00 I drive to Vlissingen I park 13.50 I walk to the office it is just closed. I think it's a bit of a shame. What is the point of opening hours?

Bad! I open this site and the first review I see is the way I feel it. My story: there we are this Monday, four minutes before opening time. Especially looked extra on the ING Vlissingen website. Yes, open at 1 p.m. It is not the first time that I had to read in front of an (almost) closed door on an A-4 piece stuck to the glass that they were really closing due to a staff party. Even then I had looked at the website as a precaution. In the meantime it became pleasantly busy there at the front door of ING Vlissingen. One after the other connected. It was only later and later. Ah! We didn't look well! A small orange sign pointed out that this branch is not open on Mondays from July to September. And so we all went down. If we are now well informed, you might ask yourself. The sign on the glass in the corner says yes. I say no! In this time of online information, it is essential that ING or this branch in Vlissingen, and not necessarily in this order, do its work. What a small effort it must be (by the way, you have to make the effort for your customers !!) to state on the website that the customer is not welcome for two months on Monday. Two months is not the same as having a staff party for an afternoon.
