February 2021 no heating no hot water in the coldest period of the year customer waits weeks for an appointment, which is then canceled. fa doesn't keep promises, no communication possible and lousy customer service. monique wullink

Bad feedback from the company to the customer. 24-2 had service, button geyser defective, would be called by mechanic how or what. 8-3 mail sent to loohuisservice.nl attn j.visscher. No response received yet.

Invalid service from the office, especially Mr. Nijhof is not exactly reasonable. Mechanic did visit in the end. This was nice and knowledgeable
