I was given ample time to view a house and the questions I had neatly answered. Especially in this time it is nice if you can view a house in peace.
With some other brokers I have seen that you only get 10 minutes, then you can never look at everything properly.
You have to respond quickly, but that makes sense in this day and age.
Lousy and unprofessional broker who is only there to fill his own pockets. And above all incredibly vulgar and very unfriendly too.
several houses responded (each time within 1 day after it came online!) but was not allowed to view each time. try to make an offer by phone but is simply declined.
