3 weeks and still no debit card. Probably going to wait more. They have no solution to this problem. I already gon twice and asked for the debit card (first time opening the bank account) the second time they sent me a new card that won't probably arrive. Keep calling to there customer service same thing every time No Solutions.

Received our (For self aswell as my partner) Debit card at the 4th attempt. One of my visits to the branch (1 out of 4), the treatment was very cold and rude.

Came here to open an account at 19.20, bank was closing at 20. They said it was too late and rejected to help us, and suggested to make an appointment any other day. How on earth can it take 1h to open a bank account?

With ever decreasing visitable offices it is very sad to see that they have such weird opening hours. Especially for people who work. Furthermore long waiting times makes this the worst service possible for a public office.
