Terrible customer service. Young people dont know how and what to do and made me waste my time. Do not recommend this branch at all. Second time and already a bad bad experience!
Helped very quickly by a well-communicating employee. Been in for 2 minutes in total.
When the business account password is collected, the employee does not ask for the telephone number, so I have to go back again to have my 06 verified. Bad service!
Not a handy ING at all. I wanted to deposit money and it was indicated that this was not possible here. But outside at a cash machine. Never heard of it and couldn't indd. Staff not friendly either
This beautiful building on this AAA location has now been renamed ING House. Whatever you may think of ING regarding their investments in not entirely okay products. It is a recognizable product and even with black ING letters on the building it is recognizable enough. I think that radiates self-confidence, where Albert Heijn could have taken an example diagonally across the street in an even more beautiful building.
Everything is nicely decorated inside and a café with a real barista, because what else can you do at ING than drink coffee ..
