If your car is insured by ASR then they will screw you when you have an accident because they try everything to avoid paying you compensation while immediately increase your monthly cost. If you are involved in traffic accident and the responsible party is insured by ASR, they will also try everything to avoid paying compensation. They screw both parties at the same time to get the most benefit, so if you believe the 5 star reviews are true and choose them as your insurance then you'll end up paying for your stupidity, just like we and many others did.

House insurance, I’ve taken the highest full protection – and what I’ve got is a chaotic and conflict information at the customer service department, I always had to call them, they never kept follow up with customer, I had to call several times – and after each call, they still never call back – be prepared for surprise objection on minor damage however, dreadful customer service cracked me to cancel my insurance with this company. Absolutely disrespectful and, for no valid reason… simply not human.

We applied for home mortgage. All documents were ready and when it came to finalized the mortgage, they refused to give the mortgage citing silly reasons. They had all the paper for so many days but they refused the mortgage very late. Their service is worst. Please don’t go with this back for home mortgage.
