As an already customer of the RNHB I made an application through Assets last year. I have neatly provided all the necessary information, including valuation reports that cost me thousands of euros. I was then kept on a leash for months. After calling RNHB and the intermediary every week for 6 months, I finally get a response: rejected. The reason? No reason. This is absurd, abnormal and very unprofessional. In my view, rejection is not a problem as long as a valid reason is given. My experience with the RNHB Bank, as you can read, is therefore worthy of 1 star.

Very good experiences from the first moment. Despite age and experience, always taken seriously. Extremely helpful staff, happy to think along, respond quickly and know their business. Last December even being able to arrange a mortgage within 3 weeks and transport with 2% at the last minute. Nice to have a bank that you can rely on at all times.

RNHB called me because of the bad review I had posted. There are always areas for improvement. A number of things have also improved in information and transparency. Thank you very much for the clear explanation and advice. As far as I am concerned, this complaint has therefore been neatly resolved. The previously posted review gets an upgrade to 4 stars in my opinion. (there should always be room for improvement :-)). I have a very bad experience with RNHB. Their marketing machine works well. Once they have started a financing application, they come later in the stage (after you have provided all your financial information) with a much higher interest rate than what they advertise with. Reason? Additional terms. From the top hat. Nowhere to be found on their website, but magically out of the hat. They hope that you will continue the application and agree to everything. I have had a bad taste. The interest rates where they advertise no are not correct. So lures.

Professional and Fast. The RNHB is the perfect investment bank for me, several times they have helped me well and quickly in financing a project. My contact goes through two employees, Mr. Heinink and Mr. Stek, (and Mr. Brink for the valuations), all very adequate and helpful! I really feel that I am very welcome with them and that together we will find the right solution for the best possible financing. In all cases, the financing was completed within the desired 6-week period. Super satisfied!
