Great store, the employees are really helpful
Exquisite place well organized with huge variety of products.polite and kind staff,especially the girl cashier.there is a place at the bach of the shops they can read your fortune
Very nice assortment of gemstones and much more. But we came for the beautiful stones. Nice people too.
Beautiful shop, soft atmosphere. But .... Very weird to be in a place where both service and visitors do not 'believe' that keeping a prescribed distance of 1.5 m is worth following. "there are so many pure stones here" is the patronizing comment from a sweet lady who responds to me when I stand between the 'tarot cards and gems' to make room. "so" here suddenly the regulations do not apply, en masse !!! I'm not going in there anymore. Own bubble or non-believer, fine. But here, unexpectedly, in a public store, I am suddenly forced to accept this. So irresponsible. Cashier says: "no, a walking direction in this store does not work for us" .... Then not.
And ..... The owner of the shops in Haarlem & utrecht has me. Just a very sympathetic reply, in which he acknowledges that the easing and staffing has led to this situation, that he himself will see to it that this is tightened up again. Top! Then I would like to come again next time!
Cozy shop with appearance and knowledgeable friendly staff.
