Found GoRoadtrip on the internet and with their good references we did ask for a quote. Got the quote the next day and decided to pay them a visit and decide which van we would need. Mark gave us a good offer and we confirmed the same day. Information upfront is timely and clear. The delivery of the van was right on time and the handover was done thoroughly but swift. The Mercedes Vito van was in a good, a full tank and clean. We enjoyed this van a lot. The return was as smooth as the handover. Definitely next time we will book again.

Great to deal with. The price they quoted was the price we paid. Super accommodating. Way better than any other rental company that we have dealt with in the Netherlands.

Worstever Service.......... which I have ever come across. Booked 4 days long trip van with 9 seaters which we expected a luxury van as it was long Journey. During booking they have told that they have all luxury vans with all facilities and after all payments and procedures, we got the old Renault van which has nothing in it and multiple damages before giving us. Unfortunately, we made a small scratch, which can be fixed with 180-220 Euros, but with this reason they have claimed complete amount of vehicle damage from us which was 600 Euros. Which is really very insane. I would suggest not to opt if you need a pleasant and happy Journey within your budget.
