Van de Weerd Horecamakelaars

I have snackbar in Utrecht named De Baron. I have some problems with my partner's. They sold my business without my permission with the help of Vdweerd. I called Vdweerd lots of times.but they have every time different answers.i email many times,but no answer from them. On their web page they are confused.sometimes it show snackbar is sold , sometimes it shows not sold. They have totally inexperienced staff.who even don't know how works the system. In Nederland. Even they don't want to concern about this with me. Totally money minded greedy people.

During the sale we ran into some problems, but in the end all solved very professionally and especially Hubert showed his qualities here! Pleasant cooperation.

During the acquisition of our new company, we had a lot of discussions with Ingmar, the broker of the selling party. He guided us very well in this process. Yet he always took the time for us and we could always turn to him for advice. I am more than satisfied with the collaboration!

Worst appraiser ever (never experienced in the last 15 years and still bought a lot of properties) !!! Does not know the market and has a very high opinion of itself. Bah bah that this kind of "nursery companies" still exist hence the location Schoolplein ... Go back to follow a course!
