Hele slechte ervaring met Utrecht Dental. Eerst de verkeerde behandelstoel geleverd. We zijn nu 6 maanden verder en heb ik nog steeds niet de behandelstoel die ik had besteld. Fouten maken kan gebeuren, maar hoe met de klachten/fouten wordt omgegaan bij dit bedrijf is in en in triest. Ik zou nooit meer met dit bedrijf in zee gaan.

I should have read the reviews beforehand. Bought a show model thermodisinfector in the spring. Now the heating element is broken. Repair will certainly take more than 2 weeks. 'we are no longer a dealer of ICMedical, so we no longer have any parts'. Great, that had said six months earlier. I asked if they have a loaner. They didn't. However, 2 occasions of exactly the same type are offered on the website. Strange way of dealing with customers. And it is precisely in these Covid times that you would like to have access to a thermodisinfector ...

If I could give some minus stars I would have given a -10 to this company with ease. The history of our collaboration is a black page for Utrecht Dental. Our treatment unit has been a failed case for us from the start of delivery. Had many problems. But the last event is unbelievable. We had an appointment on August 7 around 8.30 am but no one showed up. I called them around noon and they said the appointment could not go ahead because of Covid, but they forgot to notify. So if I hadn't called, I can wait until today for Utrecht Dental to arrive. On top of that we also have a maintenance contract. When I asked what is the solution, I got the answer that he should talk to the main service. Indeed, I have not received an answer until today.

What a horrible company this is. Knowing how to run it legally in such a way that the full price has to be paid for a repair that failed again and again, resulting in 6 months! unusable equipment. Bah, what scary people, this is the worst company I've hit on entrepreneurship in 13 years, watch out folks !!!
