Always been satisfied until my regular 2 dentists left and a new doctor took their place. Unfriendly man who thinks his phone is more important than his patient. I had a consecutive appointment with the dental hygienist who was ready in just under 10 minutes, but then calculated me 25 minutes. In addition to those unjustified costs, I have to incur additional costs for rectifying a dentist's error. I have been in contact with the practice, but all I hear is that they find it annoying and that I can also go to one of the other doctors / hygienists.

Great dentist, have been here a number of times, was helped well and every time the bill was not too bad!

Agreements made are not honored and the wishes are not taken into account. Communication is difficult and one-sided. In short (in my view) an incompetent practice, I do not recommend it!

There has been a misunderstanding about the time when I had my appointment. Another time was said orally that I then wrote in my diary and in the system it was put in an hour earlier. Because of this I arrived too late for my appointment. Once arrived in the waiting room, a call from behind the counter to me what my name is and then that I am late and my appointment was an hour earlier, whereupon I walked to the counter. Here I am then instructed to do things such as 'really pay attention to the time next time' and it is discussed aloud how many euros I am covered and whether I know that it will cost what. it is none of their business how many euros I am covered through my insurance and how much I pay out of pocket. The dentist herself is sitting wrong and grumbles to the assistant whereupon she says to me 'you understand now that you cannot be helped anymore, right? In addition, there are two assistants next to the desk, one leaning against a table and the other leaning against the desk, looking at each other and then laughing. The way in which I am told that this appointment will be charged is as follows: "You understand that we have to charge this, don't you?" They are also the ones who have wrong contact details from me, so they could not reach me. It is up to the assistants there to check whether the information they have about me is correct or not. I've never been addressed so humiliatingly in my life. Never been so insulted, humiliated and angry. I did not feel taken seriously and laughed at. They faced me with a group of four women, one of which is the dentist himself. Two laugh at me, one talks very demeaningly and the other pretends I'm stupid, not there and talks to me through the assistant. Subsequently, leniency is offered because of the wrong contact details, but in my opinion that is too late after you humiliated someone with a whole team and destroyed it by a misverted Worst service I've ever had. As a healthcare institution, it is totally unacceptable to treat patients in this way. I definitely don't recommend going here because you will not be treated as an equal.
