I have had braces before and wanted my teeth to be straighter again. Been on the waiting list for over a year and paid more than € 300 only to be told that they will not help you if you do not have a healthy front tooth pulled (which will give you an odd number of front teeth) Without further substantiation or other treatment options. The receptionists also need a course of treatment. This practice does not deserve my money and time.

I am amazed to read some of the negative reviews. At this practice, which I have known for more than five years, I have only very positive experiences! We were informed very clearly and pleasantly about the treatment plan in advance. We have experienced the people who work there as professional, knowledgeable and extremely friendly. There is a good mutual atmosphere. We are also very satisfied with the end result. I would definitely recommend this practice.

my phone was broken so i couldn't find it when i cycled home and then you call them and they say there is a charge that you didn't come. I think it's a shame that money has to be paid right away

Dissatisfied. At the beginning, I received a prognosis that the treatment would last around three years. In the end, the whole thing lasted twice as long. Eventually I stopped "prematurely" because of the negative impact on the glaze. Every time I asked how things were going and what the prospect was, there was never a clear answer. On top of that, it is not even right at all.

Has given me straight teeth but do not answer the question when my braces can be removed. If I do get the answer from them, it will always be later. On the other hand, they are not unfriendly, but it would be very nice if they did not leave you on your seat to do something else.
