AudioZaal's service is very good, the people are friendly and they have a lot of knowledge of their systems. I called in advance to reserve time to listen to speakers (pre lockdown). We got all the time we wanted and we could quietly listen to various speakers and various amplifiers. And now I am at home with a new beautiful set of speakers.
I came for a toslink cable, when I asked what the difference was between expensive and cheaper cables, the employee could not go beyond "audio quality". After being asked to clarify exactly what the difference was, I was kindly mentioned that the time it would take him to explain this to me was not worth the $ 16 the cable costs. It didn't seem like the gentleman knew the answer at all, but customer service gets at least a 1.
