Sterling customer service!!! This is my experience with Hifi Studio Wilbert after over a year of dealing with them. And not just with the initial purchase but also after sales service and a willingness to help the customer achieve exactly what they want and need. Any issues with purchases are also promptly dealt with. They have gone above an beyond to assist, allow testing equipment before buying and never tried to sell the most expensive option, rather the perfect sweet spot item fit for purpose. I cannot recommend them enough.

A friendly and knowledgeable staff with great service. Call ahead if you want to listen, their listening rooms are almost always fully booked.
