Fast, friendly and well helped.

One of my biggest bad buys. I bought the BeoPlay E8 navy for my husband. But after months of trying to use the product as well as possible, it is really not enjoyable. Every time they fall out of his ear while he, for example, is having a conference call. That's really not professional. The sound also leaves a lot to be desired, so if you choose Bang & Olufsen, I would leave it at that. In addition, he still has not been able to pair it with his Samsung phone. This device seems to be compatible with Apple products only. So I do not recommend anyone to get the BeoPlay. The relationship between price and quality is hard to find.
