Recommended IF you want to wait 6 weeks to have back your computer damaged, with updates installed without your consent while also paying more than you initially agreed on. My laptop was working smoothly after 8 years of service, still running with windows 7. I had to bring it to the shop to reset the password. Feedback of the owner: easy job, should be done by the next day, at the price of 25€. He suggested to upgrade the operative system to windows 10, but I declined afraid of possible negative effects on the performance of the computer. After 5 days (instead of 1) I could pick up the computer. At the shop they showed me the computer was working WITH windows 10. Despite me CLEARLY SAYING I didn't want it in the first place, they convinced me to take it anyway, paying ADDITIONAL 35€. I get home and NOTHING in the laptop was properly working, so I immediately go back to the shop and ask them to return my laptop back to its original state, with windows 7. Many calls and 2 weeks later, they FINALLY give me back my computer with a non-activated windows 7. It was basically impossible to work, couldn't install office or adobe package, and a window saying to activate windows was popping up every few minutes. I waited again 3-4 weeks, calling almost every day towards the end, before having back a functioning laptop. Now, I'm stuck with an awfully slow windows 10 that apparently does not so fit in my old laptop. It just took me 10 min to open chrome and send this review. But apart from all that, very friendly and available staff!

I went to the shop because my 3 years old phone stopped working. They had a look at it (for free, in other places that would have cost me 13 euro at least) and told me that the motherboard was broken. I wanted to buy one, so they kindly showed and assess me with some of the ones they have in the store. Now, I'm happy with my new phone. Aditionally, one of the remarkable characteristics of the store is the staff, so helpful and clear. There's a pleasant atmosphere and it's noticeable how happy they are working there.
