The communication was difficult, because I was not called after 3 days as I had expected to discuss the status of the problems found, and the central telephone number only reads what the engineer has entered. Calling the store is not possible. Very clumsy, unclear and uncertain. In the end my laptop got rid of its problems, so that's fine.

worthless in 1 word. Advertise with your device repaired within 1 day, or 5 working days otherwise. Well meanwhile I have been waiting for almost 3 weeks and you hear nothing. Before my laptop was examined at all, a week had already passed, the problem was subsequently determined, but in the meantime I have been waiting for another 2 weeks. Great regret for this. Employee in the store was slightly arrogant, impersonal and lax (was calling while we were having a conversation), also the appointment-making system on the website did not work, (made an appointment, nobody knew anything about it upon arrival). Customer service also very mediocre, twice called about the situation with my laptop each time 'yes I am going to send an email to the engineers'. I can advise anyone to have a device repaired here.

Been a few times already. Regular customer haha. good and quickly helped. Often within 20 minutes.
