We made a pasport photo for my baby . This photo was not accepted by the IND. (They didnt tell why) .I tried to send an email to fix the situation but seems that this email is not a good one... I came back with the post from ind. And the old photo. I expect that at least I am gonna get an apology with a cost free new photo. But the employee had read the post very carefully and make a new photo but she takes money again . So I paid 25 euro for a photo I am not sure if it wil be accepted.. I wanted to put 3 or 4 stars at the begening but when I see another review (same complain, other reaction) I felt bad especially that I couldnt feel free because of the language barrier. Edit: thanks for replying I couldnt reply so I am gonna edit. 😊ofcourse I will not expect another photo for free just cause I dont like it!! I have told that the IND refused the photo. Whith showing a post that says (het is geen goede foto) And when you said that the photo seems good I told u That I agree but they didnt. (I still see it a good one accept he is sleepy and u did your best I also agree) but if I were u I would react not the same. Never mind.. I wish u sucess 😊
