Terrible quality equipment, I have to come with my own lock to use the locker for storing things, terrible looking toilets and shower stalls, I did not dare to use them. But the most outrageous thing is that they debited money to the moment when the gym was closed, and when I wanted to cancel the subscription, they did not return these denbs, justifying it by the fact that I could spend it as restoring the missed months! Why is it mine if I refuse your services ?!

On June 8, 2019, I initiated a 4-week, automatically renewed subscription with this gym, entailing advance instalments of 26.99 eur. On March 4, 2020, following my request of March 2, 2020, I was granted the suspension of my subscription on medical grounds: owing to my last payment of February, I had an extant credit of 8.67 eur, corresponding to 9 full days worth of subscription. On March 13, 2020, that is, after the suspension, I was charged an additional 4 weeks payment (26.99 eur), which raised my total credit towards FitForFree to 35.66 eur. No regular payments were requested after this date. On July 2, 2020 I terminated my contract, and was thus entitled to receive the difference between the aforementioned credit (35.66 eur) and the one-period cancellation fee (26.99 eur), for a total of once more 8.67 eur. To the contrary, to this date I have received insisting requests of payment, initially for 22.81 eur and subsequently for 23.45 eur (!), that I naturally revoked while expecting a soon-to-come rectification. Lastly, today I received an e-mail threatening the charge of 50 euros in penalties, if I don't proceed to paying within two weeks time. Even worse, I winded up spending half an hour over the phone with their customer service to no effect whatsoever. THIS IS ABSURD, AND COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE.

Most people at this gym don't follow the covid safety measures anymore. The workers aren't even refilling the disinfectant bottels regularly, even if they have nothing else to do. The equipment is scarce, and one instructor is extremely rude. I was called out for using my phone for a couple of minutes while sitting on a machine, even though there was no one waiting for me or even near me, and there was an identical machine next to me which was empty... What the heck? Not a nice place to work out!

It is still good & safe to use the App of FIF, so my advice is go for it.
