We chose Joost for our sale of our house because he came across as very pleasant to us (not a slick salesman you often encounter with transparent talk) and had also proven to get very good deals further down the street when selling houses neighbors. Joost guided the process well, gave us enough space to go through the process ourselves and was always ready to provide us with advice. Always short lines. Ultimately, Joost also helped us with the purchase of our new home, so we can certainly recommend him.

Bas and Joost have helped me very well several times. They think along, are always available and offer real customization. Unlike some larger offices, they don't go for the easy way. In my case, for example, they did not go for the standard two viewing days, but several personal agreements were made with viewers. I wholeheartedly recommend De Bree.

Joost & Bas are very pleasant in their contact. Always sincere and very flexible and cooperative. Have assisted us several times with the sale of our property and always to our full satisfaction. Just stay yourself and don't get impersonal by wanting too much. Keep it up!

Had a great cooperation with J. De Bree while selling our apartment in Utrecht. Very professional, friendly and well prepared which allowed us to sell our apartment quickly. Although we only asked them as a sales agent, they also helped us find a new home. All in all, a great broker that I would definitely recommend.
