It is disappointing that 4 hours before an appointment to buy a house the appointment is canceled because the house has already been sold. Amazing because most brokerages let all visitors first before finalizing a final offer.

Recently there was an apartment in our street for sale that we wanted. This brought us into contact with real estate agent Ludenhoff. We soon had a good feeling about it and therefore decided to also offer our own apartment for sale via Ludenhoff. In all negotiations for both buying and selling, Ludenhoff thought along with us and took care of everything. Now that everything is over and the move has taken place, we look back on a successful deal and would certainly call in Ludenhoff again if this presented itself again.

Transparent advice and guidance, without them not getting the house we wanted. Not an easy mark, never having the feeling that she was pushing us in our search. Honest in their opinion and taking into account what we wanted. I definitely recommend them as a reliable broker.

We are very pleased with Ludenhoff and heartily recommend this office. For the purchase and sale we have been assisted by Geert Siereveld, a very skilled and pleasant real estate agent. He listened carefully to our wishes and came up with a clear plan of approach for the search in this difficult market. We now live in a fantastic house that we have been able to purchase for a nice price, we are very happy with that. The sale of our house was also done in this way and we had no worries about this. Again, Ludenhoff a nice office and definitely recommended!

Very happy with those services from Ludenhoff. Geert helped us with the purchase of a house in De Bilt, the acquisition of a mortgage and the sale of our house. With their approach they have ensured that we could buy our dream house. Rob was able to quickly find out if we could buy that house in our situation in a clear mortgage advice meeting. And .... our own house was sold within a week! Next time we would choose Ludenhoff again.
