By coincidence I ended up at Jonkers Vastgoed, but I immediately had a very good feeling with Daniel. In addition to the standard reasons why I would choose a broker, such as substantiated advice, sharp negotiation, relieving administrative burden, the personal attention of a small real estate agency stood out above all. For me much more important than the reputation of a large real estate agency. You don't do a sales process on a daily basis, so it is nice if someone is always available and can give you confidence with a thoughtful approach when you are faced with surprises, such as the corona crisis after we had just started everything. Based on Daniel's advice, among other things, we decided to continue with what was not a wrong choice afterwards. In the end, the sale accelerated faster than expected on a late Friday night when most brokers have long turned on voicemail. The further settlement also went completely smoothly. In short: I would recommend this broker to everyone!
